How to use : Directions for a dish of egg and chicken in brown sauce:
- Hard boil the egg, soak in cold water, peel and set aside.
- Heat the oil in large frying pan, brown the minced garlic until light brown.
- Add a spoonful of chinese five spices powder, mix and fry constantly.
- Add chicken, brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce and continue turning.
